No.1 Flight Simulator of the year!
After receiving Pro Flight Simulator 2011 I didn't really expect anything to change from the previous year. But to be honest I have to say they have greatly improved in every aspect of it, including the planes which now have more planes that you can fly yourself and take them to one of the other features which i think the game is realistic for and that is the fast array of airports across the world that you can fly to.
Also the creators have included a variety of helicopters that with the new graphics enhanced in the game making the helicopters look even more realistic then before. In my opinion i think that Pro Flight Simulator 2011 is going to be the one of the best simulation games of this year; it's a full flight simulation that even includes jets and gliders for you to enjoy flying.
In the past when playing flight simulation games without a joystick i found to be very hard to get actual feel for the flight i was doing at the time. Don't let this put you off the makers have made it very easy and simple for you to get the best experience possible from a keyboard there is no need to invest in a joystick.
While i was playing another great feature that i discovered was that while you're connected to the internet it will sync with your computer to allow the game to have real time weather anywhere on the globe you are flying. i thought this was a nice touch as at the time i felt like it was realistic and i was an actual piloting a plane on a flight path, also I've discovered that while it syncs with your computer updating real information into the game, it actual updates the images of the earth with Google maps, no other flight simulation game to my knowledge did this.
being a geek when i was a kid through high school and now being able to afford a high end spec computer, I'm always wanting the best graphics from any game and flight simulator didn't let me down in that category. Each plane and airport you see will look authentic making you impressed like myself at how beautiful the game truly is. The great thing about it as well is that you don't really need a powerful pc to play; the minimum specs needed are that low, computers from 5 years ago can still enjoy this amazing piece of software and i guarantee you will not be disappointed.
I believe that Pro Flight 2011 is the ideal simulator for people who love their flight simulation games, and with the major updates from previous version this has to be one of the best and most affordable games on the year, and no other flight simulator can stand in its way.
